The bleeding you saw could also be intra-scrotal bleeding and not from chewing. My aftercare info. says something like 10% of male dogs nuetered older than 4 months have it and that it is not a serious danger provided it resolves itself in 3-7 days.

Thank you for this info....I wish I would of gottena pamphlet..by any chance did it give an optimal time to give a bath??7-10 days sound about right??
