you said it is right where he got his shot? or at least in the general area?? then i wouldn't worry about it.. Layla gets her shots (in between her shoulder blade) and both sides of her shoulders swell up and get kinda hard.... it takes up to a month for hers to go down. you can put a warm compress on the area to bring the blood up to it to help bring down the swelling.
