We live in New York too! And I know exactly what you're experiencing. Zoe was totally trained to got outside and rarely had an accident. I was so proud and happy. And then this awful weather hit and if I'm lucky, she'll run out and pee. If it's not too cold. Otherwise, she just stands there and shivers. I almost wish I had only pee pad trained her as she now has forgotten what pee pads are so it's almost like starting over. I'm trying to be patient as really, I can't blame her, I don't want to go out in this weather either. She's holding it a really long time now too so it's hard to tell when she does have to go. Well, not much help from me I guess, but good luck!
