Well, first off, I'm sorry you are feeling so poorly and hope you feel better soon. I use the puff's plus when I'm really sick so my nose doesn't get so sore and if I have to vaseline. I always take coldease when I start feeling like I'm getting something and I swear by the stuff. I hardly get a really bad cold anymore. If I'm really sick and didn't take the coldeaze in time, I use nyquil or theraflu. I'm not sure if it helps with the symptoms but it knocks me out and I'm able to get some rest.
