I think I will pass this matter. I feel like I
humiliate myself by trying to make a complains to
those type of people

I was explaining situation. Yes, he told me that dogs are not allowed to the store. I said that's fine, however you should have a sign.
But I have a complain about customer service and the way how manager and security treated me and my hubby.
1. No sorry at all.
2. No questions about name/who did that/whatever.
3. On my question about how they punish employes, who make fun of their customers, he.....hang up the phone.
PERIOD.
PLEASE, don't think I was speaking like a crazy psycho, trust me

It just "a high professional" service
