I'm from NE Oklahoma (but in SE KS for college) at my mom and dad's they won't have power for 7-10 days. It's been out since 1 am Sunday. Tree limbs everywhere!!!!!!! Power lines in the roads. Horrible! The farm is the mess! I feel so sorry for our cows! Me and my fiance came back yesterday to KS to take our finals, and it's worse here. We didn't have electricity until middle of night, lost all our refrigerator stuff. Then the electricity went back off until about 10. It's freezing! It's only a matter of time before we lose it again.
But. It could be worse the huge tree in our front yard fell. Thank gosh I moved my car!!!!!!! It's just a solid sheet of ice everywhere! I hope you all stay safe. I'm sure our finals will be cancelled again tomorrow! I'm attaching pictures of outside my door. It's nuts!
