First of all, please remember that these are my opionions only....
Remember that she is just a baby so if she does have an accident, don't be too hard on her. Tessa is 10wks old and usually a firm "NO" and then putting her on her puppy pad is suffficient. I also have pads all over the house for her including right beside my bed. She will wake me up in the middle of the night (because she sleeps under my chin!) and I just set her on the floor, she does her stuff and then I put her back into bed with me. I have found that when she has accidents, it is because she has been held to long and can't get to her pad.
I don't feed Tessa anything but IAMS puppy food. I use this food because it is what she was started on and is used to. Her water bowl is always filled and she always has access to it even in her kennel, where she goes when no one is home.
If I were you, I would take your baby to the vet for a check up. Hold her lots and love her lots and she will warm up to you. Sometimes it just takes time.
Let us know how things go.
