What a special day this is for Jack and Myself, it was two years ago that we brought Baby Blessing home and into our lives, she has truely been a blessing to us both. After the loss of our Cassie we were lost without her, Baby Blessing helped us so much. I now just sat here and wrote a poem on celebrating God's gift to us, of Baby Blessing. I would like to share it with you all.

Baby Blessing

Joy filled our hearts once again two years ago today,
Baby Blessing as we searched, we so did pray.

Please God, guide us in our search, lead us on our way,
Let us find a fur baby to brighten each and every day.

We love you dearly and treasure you so,
Somehow I BELIEVE that Cassie would say, it is time to let go.

I know she would also say treasure your new fur baby and let me be at peace,
Baby Blessing now in your life, holds with you her life time lease.

Oh Baby Blessing, how happy we are,
You dance around here like a bright shining star.

Thank you God for loving us and bringing this gift of joy,
We didn't really care if it was a girl or boy.

Healthy we prayed for and happy to be,
Forever in her life time here with us prayfully many years she will see.

Awwww, Patti....that is so sweet.

You know often times it is the first one that causes us to get the next.
