Instead of faxing the letter go the post office and certify it so they have to sign for it, it is less then a dollar to do that, keep the receipt and copy of letter. It will serve as proof you contacted them about the NSF Check and you may need the proof if you have to pursue legal action. Then they can't say they never received it. |
