poor little pup
maybe the way to go is if the breeder took the pup to the vet to find out what is def wrong with it then sent you the info.
at least that way you would know what you could be taking on and how much it might cost you in the long run.
i would also speak to the breeder and ask why she is asking money for a sick pup and not offering him for free to a good home or to rescue.
