You could always tell her you have a close friend in England who would like to speak to her sister in Ireland on the phone about the puppies or maybe visit next time she's passing? They wouldn't have anything to hide would they seeing as Ireland has such strict breeding laws and the pups are so happy playing with the kids on the farm? LOL
