This is Emmy in Georgia. I just wanted to write you and let you know that I am thinking about you. You have been on my mind ever since mommy told me that you had to have the surgery. I asked mommy to put your picture next to my doggy bed so I can look at your picture when I am thinking about you. I'll keep it there until you are safely back home in California.
I have never been on a plane but mommy says a lot of dogs fly. You should be ok. Take care and stay warm. Once you get to the hospital just try to be brave. You will be asleep and not know anything they do to you. When you wake up you'll be sore but in time you should be back like new. I am sure your mommy will be right there with you when you go to sleep and when you wake up. My sister, Alyssa, and I will be saying special "doggy prayers" for you, Teddi. We are praying very hard that God will take care of you and make the surgery be very successful. My mom sends her love and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
