I believe there were a few people on this board who purchased from Celtic Puppies...
I called the woman @ CP maybe May of this year inquiring about the puppies for a friend of mine...and from what she told me...The Yorkies are breed by her sister who lives in Ireland..They are raised with children...They come with a 4 year health garuentee and you can visit her home at any time to interact with the pups etc...When I spoke to her she had 1 male and 1 female available...
Makes you wonder if she was for real or not...
