You know, we stay in hotels a LOT (we lived in one for a couple of months) and when I think about seeing the housekeeping carts in the hallway, I honestly can't recall seeing ANY cache of clean glasses on them (nor dirty ones), so even if I hadn't SEEN the video, I'd believe it
! I am always taking my own bottled water (or using the bottled water that a lot of places provide) from now on...and I'd never use the coffee maker in the room
. Geeze, the things we take for granted, esp. when you're paying $150+ a night...you'd just EXPECT clean glassware).
