i think that would be a very courageous thing to do. i have nothing but respect for people like you... the world needs more!!!
i guess you sorta want someone to say no but i think you'd be the perfect mommy for this little guy. i can't even look at the pictures because he looks SO sad and lonely... do what your heart says!!! even if things don't work out you could make sure he's taken to a rescue where someone else will make sure he's taken care of.. not wherever he is now! (which i don't think is a good place)
