My Yorkie is 9 months old and has been in a pet shop for that long. We live in up state New York and our weather becomes very sever, she dosent like going out side. She pees and poops where ever she pleases. We tried using the pee pads but no luck in training her. Anyone else train an older Yorkie before with this problem? HELP!
