He'll be fine, mom, and he won't be mad at you. Pretty much once you pick him up from the vet's....he'll have forgotten. I took mine in the early am. He didn't stay the night. Mine was sleepy the evening of but the next day was back to his bouncy self.

Unless there is someone at your vet's during the night (there isn't at mine)...I'd tell them I want to pick him up as close to closing as I could get and if they wanted to see him the next day...I'd bring them back in.
