Apartments can be rough like that. I usually go to the pool at my BF's apartment, and a lot of the times, people my age are out there playing their music really loud and drinking *cases* of beer. Which is fine, it's their prerogative, but I would like to get a little peace by the pool!
I guess I shouldn't be complaining since it's not even my pool..
