My daughter use to be the same way...but somewhere along the way, she started to swallow pills, thank goodness!!! Whew!
I just looked, hers are One Source Teen's and they aren't small...
They aren't the huge "horse pills", but they are big. --Like a gel cap, but alittle longer and wider.
It says Iron 18 mg Daily Value 100%
B12 8mcg Daily Value 133%
I am going to look at the One A Day Energy...that is what I need! I wonder if you can take an extra B12 along with it?
