A gate lock can be easily broken, so it is not a complete solution for when you are away, but it is a first step. It will buy you time if you hear someone trying to break in while you're home. It's just another line of defense and could prevent someone from scooping her out of the yard or trying to break in your back door. You don't know if the person who took her will come back for her. Is Bella trained to pee pads? It would be best to let her use them while you are away from the house. She is so precious. You don't want to lose her again. |
Bella only uses pee pads when it is raining.
I could use them for awhile until I decide what to do.
We have a 6 foot wooden fence. No one can see in our yard.
I think the lock will help. my neighbors on both sides are aware now.
the one girl next door has a yorkie too. She remembers Milo barking like crazy around 11 am. So i am sure he heard something. she will look next time he barks.
I think camera's might be a deterrent though. At least make someone think twice ..or slow them down.
I have a flat screen TV on my lanai..and a huge flat screen just inside my living room. YOU can see it thru the sliding glass door cus i dont have curtains. Nothing was touched. I am almost wondering if Bella got out somehow and someone picked her up
