If he hasn't eaten I would give him some Nutrical to be on the safe side. Sometimes our babies play so hard they forget to eat! It's good that you are keeping an eye on him. Make sure he stays hydrated...try giving him some water. He might sleep hard because he's been playing, so I wouldn't be concerned if he sleeps for a while. Definately make sure he gets Nutrical, or Karo syrup or at least put a little sugar in his water!
