I wouldn't get a puppy from this breeder as she isn't breeding to the Yorkie standard which is 4-7 pounds. A reputable breeder will breed to the standard. You don't want to get a puppy from anyone who isn't a reputable breeder or you can end up with more problems than a big Yorkie. A reputable breeder knows her lines, screens for genetic problems before breeding, gets health clearances, etc.

Find a really good breeder and you should end up with a Yorkie who is the proper size when he grows up.
