i think it all depends on what source you find more credible. Myself i am more apt to believe someone (Dr. P) who has been doing this for 25 years... he knows what he is talking about... but if your dogs are having a reaction to it.. stop giving it to them... i think dogs can have alleriges to almost anything so just go with your gut. ANd the vitamin C says it is optional... myself i don't give it.
