An accident is one thing, intentially is another! A town by me has a HUGE dog over population issue because college kids get puppies; up there we have a BIG problem with over population and a lot of the humane society workers say that animal cruelty is a big problem and a lot of the kids feed their dogs beer at parties because they think it is funny, then the dog becomes a nuisance at parties because they are trying to get into everyone's drinks. I wish you had to get a license to own a dog sometimes...
