Yes, that is a dilemma, I struggled with, too. I ended up cutting around her eyes and a bit on her snout; but, leaving enough we can still have a topknot if wanted. Some days, I admit, I regret not sticking it out to grow longer; because her hair is so fine, she can't afford to loose any! LOL

Same here. Abigail just turned two, and I've used Pet Silk most of her life. I use the Tearless Puppy shampoo on face, and the Deep Cleansing shampoo on the rest. I use the conditioner according to my mood, because her hair is sooo fine. Really, she doesn't need anything but a good shampoo. Her hair never matts, as she is a silk coat. One of the best tips I've learned from YT came from one of the show breeders: RINSING is key. Rinse, Rinse, and when you think you have all the shampoo/conditioner out...RINSE again.
