Question This dosent seem right??

While going through my local online free ad website I came across an ad for a CKC registered yorkie for sale for a very low price..the only requirement is that the owner gets to use him for their breeding program.

I emailed them to ask them how many times they would like to use him and for pictures of him..well I did get pictures and since I come from a very small area I knew the breeder just from their email address.

They sent pictures of a very adorable 8 month old male yorkie. They said they would like to use him once or twice..now I am not in the market for a new dog but curiousity got the best of me. Is this common place? What if the people who got this fine looking boy decided to use him for byb purposes???

It just dosent seem very eithical to me to sell an intact CKC reg. male to someone?? Does this sound right to you??
