Bernie's on Proin. He loves his twice daily treat
. He still has to wear a belly band for a little leakage, but it has greatly improved his situation. Awhile back we ran out, and I thought, "let's see if he still needs it". Boy, does he still need it. It has really done the trick for him.
I know of no long term side effects and haven't notice any difference in Bernie when he's on it (except drier belly bands).
