my Porsche is suspected to be portosystemic shunt becuase he gets bladder stone (now he can pee normally,yet he still has to eat u/d) and after doing blood test (he wasn't eat + drink about 8 hrs. before this) his ammonia level is high (i think it's called BUN, but not sure). if he really is,what should I do. I don't want to do a surgery 'cz he weighs only 1.98 pound,i'm afarid of losing him and he looks very fine now as he can run, eat,play,etc. moreover, he doesn't have other clinical signs.
