I'm sorry this happened to you. What a scare! I'm afraid of our neighbors rottie. If it sees Tilly it goes crazy. There is no form of animal control around here so I don't know what I'd do if it ever got her, besides be really mad. I always give the owners a crappy look because the dog doesn't need to be in our apartment complex to begin with. Poor dog.
