I too kept a puppy from my one and only litter. I just could not give up my little Isis.... Her mom, Sophie weaned the pups, I had nothing to do except start supplementing her with crushed puppy chow and chicken/rice.... She grew into one wonderful lady. Her momma taught her very well in socialization aspects, plus some human intervention
