Awww, Cecilia is adorable!! I have a Morkie too, Cooper, who is now 2 years old. Cooper shares alot of the traits you said Cecilia has. Cooper can be very fearful of new things and he likes attention...but on his terms. Here are some pics of Coop as he has grown.
