Well I worked for the school district in Texas for over 15 years. I LOVED it. I worked as a sub, as a TA, in the library and in the office. I did it at the elementary and middle school level. I got paid monthly year round, got the same vacation days as my kids, got the summers off and still got the pay check every month. I say go for it....any questions, feel free to PM me. Patty
