I used Banfield for 4 years when I lived in California. I loved it, and am actually really bummed they are not here where I live now. I think the wellness plans are a much better deal than other pet insurance which I now have since I have no banfield available. I saved several thousand dollars on my aging pet the last few years thanks to our plan.
My dr was great. Always spent a lot of time with me and my baby when we'd go in. All the vet techs were also great. Any time I called and said I needed to come in they'd see me that day. These days it takes me at least 3 weeks to get into the vet. |
