yes!!!! they are a pain in the B___! she is mad because i had the electricity disconnected. well, SHEESH...she never had it put in her name. I am NOT paying her electric bills. period. it was in the lease...and she was told when she signed the lease. AND we sent her a letter 10 days ago saying that it would be disconnected today. so give me a break!!!
