I agree with Yorkiekids... hes piddling out of excitement. I had that same problem with Meka. I was told that when you get home, you need to ignore them for the first few minutes.... then let him out after he's calmed down. It works - at least it has w/ Meka. If all else fails, taking him directly to the pad wouldnt hurt... though hes not peeing cause he has to go.... hope this helps
