Mine have never yelped. I think it would scare me too! Mine have made a little noise but not like she described. I hold my girls regardless, the whole time.

I have a whole set up. Brodie is real good and I calm my girls down quick and just sit with them, sometimes I lay with them until its all over. I couldn't imagine not holding them. there is just no way.

She was just concerned about her female being hurt and how the male jumps right off (the noise scared him) when she yelped.
