Ok so I've been wanting to file a cruelty report on someone but would never do it but today I finally did!
I work for a mortgage company and its in a residential area so I have to go thru a neighborhood. In one of the houses there is this poor little dalmation chained to a tree.
It has this dog house (which seems small for the dog to go in) and two bowls for food and water; although I don't think it has either one. The dog is real skinny and it breaks my heart everytime I go pass there. NO matter what the weather conditions were the dog is outside in the front yard and there is no fence.
But today I finally filed the cruelty report and hopefully it will be taken seriously and an investigation will be started. It's getting cool at night and I can not imagine that poor baby outside in the cold.
I feel so proud of myself.
