hi pat. i have a question about the mat splitter and the slicker.. if you dont mind . Avery only mats sometimes..and it is only underneath mostly by her front legs. she has a ton of hair!! i have been growing her coat..and plan to continue(i dont want it show length by any means.. just on the longer side.) what would you suggest for her?-a slicker or a mat splitter? should i use my thinning shears on her underneath? (i havent used them on her at all..but i am a hairstylist so i do have some and know how to use them) just curious.. thanks so much!!
