When Belle was younger, she was trained to go only on pee pee pads, but as she got older, she's been mainly going outside. It's starting to rain quite often here now (more so than last year) and her shoes just aren't enough to keep her dry as she runs over puddles
. And, she will NOT go outside with a raincoat.
Anyway, I want to get her to using her pads inside again...just for winter. Problem is, she'll actually hold her pee/poop for HOURS until we let her out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
