You don't really need a big expensive program like photoshop to fix the red eye ( I just use it because I have it ) windows comes with a paint program ,look for it in the accessories area. Just move your picture into the paint program , zoom in on the glowing eye ( do one eye at a time) , click on a dark brown from the color pallet , then click on a brush and slowly paint out the glowing color with the new color, zoom out to see how it looks if its still not quite right zoom in and pick a different color and repaint. With a little practice your little demons will look like saints in no time! HA HA !
