Wow, I cannot believe she did so little for that puppy in all those months. I think I am speechless...
I am sure you will find him a home, so many people want a yorkie and will look after their needs, but does not always have the larger cash to buy one initially.
The first two that I took in, I got them free and only had to have both altered..they were never denied a thing, lived a long life. I was one that did not want to spend big bucks for a yorkie at first. But I sure looked after them well.. They also made me addicted to yorkies. When I had taken in my first, it was yes not even seeing him, he had been badly abused..I did not even know what a yorkie looked like, I just wanted a small dog.
Yet there are people who can afford to buy like this girl did, and pay for one, and does not look after it..sad....
