I would not use it. It looks like 100% liver and that is something I wouldn't feed everyday. It can also falsely elevate AST and ALT levels which would make interpretation of a blood panel more difficult. The vet wouldn't know if the levels were up from the product or for health reasons. I will only use products that raise ALT if they are necessary. I'm sure there are peope who have had success with this though. It is really up to you...
