I have two!! one for the glass door and one for the pool screen.
Between 3 months and 8 months or so i had to leave the flap up.
Bella was scared of the noise the magnet made when it slammed shut.
I would stand on one side and someone else on the other.
we kept pushing her thru the flap and giving treats and praise.
By 10-11 months she mastered it!!!
here are two pics of bella when she was 5 months old. she couldnt get the booboo outside because it was too long. lol so it took her a few hours to realize if she dropped it inside then went outside, she could pull it thru..one smart cookie!
