When it comes to items I do not personally make (such as this coat) I try not to use sizing labels like XS and small because every company's size chart is different, so thats why I try to post the chest measurements and a rough estimate of weight if I can. If Mocha is 9-10" in the chest I think he should fit in the smaller size jacket and have a little room to grow, is he already full grown?
