I think I may try the belly band thing. He kind of sneaks off to do his business in another room while we are relaxing and watching tv at night or if we are distracted, going to the bathroom, even when we are asleep.
He likes to sleep in our bed, and is pretty good about it, but does get down and go pee in the worst places (at least not in the bed, thank goodness)
I did try crating him, it lasted about three nights. He complained and whined so much that my DH couldn't stand it. He is a light sleeper and it drove him nuts. So he would let him out and put him in bed, therefore, reinforcing the whining and crying
