While Ranger has been teething we haven't switched his food. I think he likes the crunch of the dry food as he also likes to knaw on his toys to get the teeth to break through the gums.
I would say that if you notice your baby is having problems eating then I would mix in a little dry food with some wet (I wouldn't just change it from dry to wet, as it may upset her stomach).
