My Joy came to me with kennel cough. The breeder told me she might have it and if that was the case to contact her. We did and they took Joy back and started her on antibiotics but also gave her 2 nebulizer treatments a day. They had a crate set up just for this purpose. The medicine was put into a machine and the mist was pumped into the crate so she was breathing the treatment into her system for about 15 minutes twice a day. It really worked well. Of course it was terrible to leave her again after only having her a few days but it was well worth it in the end. Because the breeder said she knew Joy had it when she went home with us they didn't charge us anything for the medicine, treatments or the stay. You might want to check on the nebulizer treatments. Hope something works for your baby. I know it is hard on both of you.
