Have you thought about changing your dog's food? That stuff is horrible. Some dogs have lactose intolerance issue, so I wouldn't give them milk personally. I do give cottage cheese and plain yogurt though. They seem to set okay in small amounts.

There are tons of people foods that Yorkies can have even if you don't want to homecook. How about boiled white meat chicken (no skin, no fat), lettuce, carrot (better cooked or pulverized but okay raw in small amounts), green beans, squash, sweet potato and regular potato (peeled and cooked), watermelon, peeled apple, Cheerios, banana, rice...
