I had never heard of ALF or the SHAC movement before...they seem pretty outrageous to me
I'm all about animal rights and loving animals, but I think this group is pretty rediculous. I just watched a couple of the clips on the myspace page.

Purchasing from backyard breeders, pet shops, and puppymills perpetuates the suffering of other dogs.
Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
