I love mixed breeds as well, but don't believe in adding to the already thousands of unwanted mixed breed dog population in shelters. I don't think ANYONE can tell you what a female 'yorkiepoo' will look like compared to a male 'yorkiepoo' if that's what your question is. It's a mutt and mutts don't have standards.
